Client Agreement
The Financial Freedom Program
Provider
Prosperitas AB
Emine Karakaya
1. WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Upon enrolment, the Client receives access to the following:
The full Financial Freedom Program — 30+ in-depth lessons across multiple modules, with 12 months of access from the date the Client is granted entry to the programme
Worksheets, self-assessments, and supplementary resources
Live group coaching calls and support from the Provider or such other qualified coaches or team members as the Provider may appoint from time to time
Access to the private FFP community
Programme updates and new content added during the membership period. The Provider reserves the right to update, modify, or improve the programme content at any time in order to enhance its quality and effectiveness. The core structure and aims of the programme will remain consistent, but specific lessons, materials, and resources may change. Continued participation following any such changes constitutes the Client’s acceptance of the updated content.
The Provider is committed to ensuring that every Client receives the support they need to implement the programme effectively and achieve their goal. The frequency and format of live coaching calls may vary as the programme evolves, and calls may be delivered by the Provider directly or by other qualified coaches or team members appointed by the Provider. Regardless of how coaching is delivered, the intention remains that Clients receive adequate support throughout their membership period. Any material and permanent changes to the format of coaching will be communicated to Clients in advance.
2. FEES & PAYMENT
The Client agrees to pay the programme fee as communicated at the time of enrolment. Payment is due as agreed — either in full or in accordance with the instalment schedule provided.
If any payment is missed or fails, the Provider reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove the Client’s access to the programme without refund of amounts already paid. The Client remains liable for any outstanding balance.
3. RESULTS GUARANTEE
The Provider guarantees that the Client will multiply their income by 3x–10x within 12 months of starting the programme, provided the qualifying conditions below are met.
If this outcome is not achieved within 12 months, and all qualifying conditions have been met in full, the Client will receive up to 6 additional months of continued programme access and extra one-to-one support at no additional charge, until the guarantee is fulfilled or the 6 months have passed.
The guarantee is contingent entirely on the Client’s own implementation of the programme. The Provider delivers tools, frameworks, coaching, and support, but the financial outcomes defined in this guarantee are achieved through the Client’s own consistent action, application, and commitment. The Provider’s temporary unavailability — including due to illness, scheduled breaks, or other circumstances — does not excuse the Client from their obligation to continue implementing the programme daily, nor does it give rise to a guarantee claim.
Qualifying Conditions
The guarantee is only valid where the Client has complied with all of the following throughout the programme. The conditions must be met in full — partial compliance does not preserve the guarantee.
Daily programme engagement. The Client must follow the programme exactly as instructed, completing lessons daily and in the prescribed order. The Client must not skip, reorder, or selectively omit any step without the Provider’s express written direction to do so. This programme is built on daily consistency; any absence from the programme — regardless of reason or whether it has been communicated to or approved by the Provider — will disqualify the Client from the guarantee.
Daily high performance habits. The Client must follow and document adherence to the daily high performance habits as set out in the programme materials, every day, throughout the entire 12-month period.
Income goal. The Client must set and actively pursue a goal of multiplying their current income by 3x–10x within the programme period, and take all consistent and reasonable action toward that goal throughout the programme period.
Initial financial disclosure. The Client must report their starting income and net worth to the Provider within the first 10 days of accessing the programme.
Monthly net worth reporting. The Client must report their net worth and net worth change to the Provider every calendar month, no later than 5 days after the end of each month, throughout the full 12-month period.
Reporting of difficulties. The Client must promptly report to the Provider any difficulty they encounter with the programme, its application, or their understanding of its content — including but not limited to confusion about lessons, challenges implementing action steps, or obstacles to progress. Such reports must be made directly to the Provider within 7 days of the difficulty arising, so that the Provider has a reasonable opportunity to offer support and guidance. Failure to report difficulties in a timely manner, and subsequently relying on those difficulties as grounds for a guarantee claim, will not be accepted.
Receptiveness to coaching. The Client must engage with coaching in an open and receptive manner, including implementing feedback and making changes to their approach when directed by the Provider, even where this requires significant adjustment to habits, mindset, or strategy. Resistance to coaching direction, or persistent failure to implement guidance given, will disqualify the Client from the guarantee.
Regular feedback requests. The Client must regularly seek feedback from the Provider on their habits, implementation, and understanding of the programme’s principles, so that the Provider has a genuine and ongoing opportunity to assess the Client’s progress and correct any misunderstanding or misapplication of the material. This must take the form of direct, proactive communication with the Provider — including by actively raising questions and seeking guidance during live coaching calls — and must occur with sufficient regularity throughout the programme period. Attendance at coaching calls without active participation and engagement does not satisfy this condition. Clients who do not seek feedback cannot later claim that they were applying the programme correctly or that they had no opportunity to receive support.
Attendance at live coaching calls. The Client must attend at least 75% of scheduled live group coaching calls throughout the programme period. Attendance is defined as being present for the duration of the call, not merely joining and disconnecting.
Completion of assessments and workbooks. The Client must complete every workbook, self-assessment, and module assessment within the timeframe specified in the programme. Completion must reflect genuine engagement; superficial or cursory submissions will not satisfy this condition.
Guarantee claim deadline. To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, the Client must submit a formal written claim to the Provider within 30 days of the end of the 12-month programme period. Claims submitted after this deadline will not be accepted, regardless of the circumstances.
No conflicting programmes, activities, or media consumption. The Client must not be enrolled in, or meaningfully engaged with, any other programme, practice, community, activity, or media content that works against the aims of the Financial Freedom Program during the guarantee period. This includes, but is not limited to, programmes, communities, social media accounts, influencers, podcasts, books, or any other content that emphasises, reinforces, or centres themes of poverty, lack, suffering, fear, or danger, as these are fundamentally incompatible with the mindset and framework on which this programme is built. The Client is expected to take responsibility for their media environment and consumption habits for the duration of the guarantee period. Where the Provider reasonably identifies such engagement, the guarantee will be void.
Provider communication. The Client must respond to check-ins, progress requests, or support outreach from the Provider within 7 business days. Failure to respond within this window on even one occasion will void the guarantee.
Genuine and consistent pursuit of the goal. The Client must take genuine, consistent, and material action throughout the programme in pursuit of their stated financial goal, as evidenced by lesson completion, progress reports, coaching engagement, and application of programme steps. Actions taken inconsistently, superficially, or concentrated only toward the end of the programme period will not satisfy this condition. The Provider reserves the right to assess, reasonably and in good faith, whether the Client’s actions were genuinely directed toward the stated goal.
The Client is not required to fulfil the above conditions as a general obligation under this agreement, but the guarantee will not be applicable unless every condition has been met in full throughout the programme period.
In the event of any dispute as to whether the qualifying conditions have been met, the Provider’s determination shall be final and binding, provided it is made reasonably and in good faith. The Client is not required to provide exhaustive documentary proof of every condition as a precondition to making a claim; however, the Client must be prepared, if requested by the Provider, to demonstrate that they have been consistently active, genuinely engaged, and sincerely following the Provider’s directions throughout the programme. This may include, but is not limited to, affirmation lists, gratitude journals, phone reminders or app logs, monthly net worth reports, coaching call attendance records, and written correspondence with the Provider demonstrating consistent engagement with the daily habits and the programme’s principles. Where the Client is unable or unwilling to provide such evidence upon request, the guarantee claim shall be deemed invalid. The Provider reserves the right to request any such evidence before making a determination, and the Client agrees to cooperate fully and promptly with any such request.
Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply, and no refund claim will be valid, where any of the following apply:
The Client has not met all qualifying conditions in full;
The Client’s failure to achieve the stated financial goal is attributable, in whole or in material part, to factors outside the programme, including personal financial decisions, market conditions, economic events, health circumstances, or third-party actions;
The Client has breached any term of this Client Agreement;
The Client has requested or received a chargeback or payment reversal from their payment provider in relation to this programme;
The Client has shared, distributed, or reproduced programme materials without authorisation;
The Client has paused, interrupted, or taken a break from the programme for any reason, for any duration — including a single day — whether or not such a pause was communicated to or approved by the Provider. The guarantee requires unbroken daily engagement throughout the full 12-month period, and any interruption, however brief, will render the guarantee void.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All programme content — including lessons, recordings, worksheets, self-assessments, and resources — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider. The Client may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, or re-sell any part of the programme content in any form without prior written permission from the Provider.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Client agrees to treat all programme materials, community discussions, and coaching call content as confidential. Content shared within the community or on calls by other members is private and must not be shared, recorded, or disclosed outside the programme without consent.
6. CONDUCT & REMOVAL
The Client agrees to engage with the programme and community in a respectful, constructive, and positive manner at all times.
The Provider reserves the right to immediately remove a Client from the programme — including access to all content, calls, and the community — if the Client is found to be disruptive, disrespectful, abusive, or harmful toward other members or the Provider. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
Examples of conduct warranting removal include but are not limited to: harassment, bullying, offensive language, spam, and deliberate disruption of coaching sessions.
7. DISCLAIMER
The Financial Freedom Program is an educational and coaching programme. The Provider makes no guarantee of specific financial results beyond what is stated in Section 3, and only where qualifying conditions are met. Results will vary based on the Client’s individual effort, circumstances, application of the material, and other factors outside the Provider’s control.
Nothing in this agreement constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. The Client is responsible for their own financial decisions and is encouraged to seek appropriate professional advice where needed.
8. CANCELLATION
As this programme delivers immediate access to digital content and live coaching, all fees paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law or as provided under the Results Guarantee in Section 3. The Client is encouraged to review all programme details and ask any questions before signing this agreement.
The Client may request to pause their access in exceptional circumstances at the Provider’s discretion. Pausing does not extend the guarantee period under any circumstances.
9. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
In the course of delivering the programme, the Provider will collect and process personal and financial data provided by the Client, including but not limited to name, contact details, income figures, and net worth information. This data is collected for the purposes of delivering the programme, providing coaching and support, and administering the Results Guarantee. The Provider processes this data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applied in Sweden. Data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary for the delivery of the programme. The Client has the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the Provider directly. Full details of how the Provider handles personal data are set out in the Provider’s Privacy Policy, which forms part of the Client’s enrolment documentation.
10. FORCE MAJEURE & PROVIDER AVAILABILITY
The Provider shall not be in breach of this Agreement in the event that the Provider is unable to deliver any part of the programme due to any circumstances beyond the Provider’s control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, serious or prolonged illness, incapacity, medical recovery, bereavement, technical failure, natural disaster, or any other event — whether foreseeable or not — that prevents or materially impairs the Provider’s ability to deliver. Illness and personal health circumstances are expressly included within this provision, regardless of their duration or severity. The Provider will notify the Client as soon as reasonably practicable in such circumstances and will make reasonable efforts to resume delivery of the programme.
The Results Guarantee period is fixed and will not be extended under any circumstances, including in the event of a force majeure. The guarantee relies entirely on the Client’s own implementation of the programme material, consistent daily action, and personal commitment to their stated financial goal. A period of Provider disruption does not in itself constitute grounds for a guarantee claim; the Client’s right to a refund under Section 3 is determined solely by their own financial outcomes and compliance with the qualifying conditions, not by the Provider’s availability at any given time.
Where a force majeure event causes a significant disruption to the delivery of the programme — meaning the Provider is unable to deliver for a continuous period of 3 weeks or more — the Client’s access to the programme will be extended by an equivalent period, so that the Client receives their full 12 months of programme access. Such an extension applies to access only and does not affect or extend the guarantee period in any way. In the event of serious or prolonged illness or incapacity, the Provider’s liability shall be limited to this access extension and nothing further.
The Provider may also be unavailable for scheduled breaks of up to 2 weeks at a time, including holidays. The Client will be given reasonable advance notice where possible. During such periods, live coaching calls may be rescheduled or temporarily suspended. Scheduled breaks of up to 2 weeks do not constitute a disruption for the purposes of this clause, do not trigger an access extension, and have no effect on the guarantee period.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider’s total liability to the Client under or in connection with this Agreement — whether arising in contract, tort, misrepresentation, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total programme fee paid by the Client. The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss suffered by the Client, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, investment losses, or any financial decisions made by the Client in reliance on the programme. The Client acknowledges that results are dependent on their own effort, application, and circumstances, and that the Provider cannot be held responsible for outcomes beyond the delivery of the programme itself.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. The party raising the dispute must notify the other in writing, setting out the nature of the dispute and the outcome sought. Both parties shall then have 30 days from the date of that notice to attempt to reach a resolution. Only where a resolution has not been reached within that 30-day period may either party pursue formal legal action. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden, and any unresolved disputes shall be referred to the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Agreement if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the invalidity or unenforceability of any single provision.
14. NO WAIVER
No failure or delay by the Provider in enforcing any right or provision of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver by the Provider of any breach of this Agreement by the Client shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision. All rights and remedies of the Provider under this Agreement remain fully reserved unless expressly waived in writing.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Provider and the Client regarding participation in the Financial Freedom Program. It supersedes any prior conversations, representations, or commitments not contained herein. Any amendments must be agreed in writing by both parties.
This Client Agreement is sent to the Client at or around the time of enrolment. A binding contract is formed between the Client and the Provider upon whichever of the following occurs first after the Client has received this Agreement: (a) the Client signs this Agreement; or (b) the Client makes payment in full or in part for the programme. By either of the above, the Client confirms that they have read and understood this Agreement in full and agree to be bound by its terms from that moment. The 12-month programme period, including the guarantee period, begins from the date on which the Client is granted access to the programme.
